麻疹1人傳10人 香港境外移入群聚今年最大宗
台灣有香港境外移入麻疹個案引起的麻辣燙店和醫院群聚案，根據最新統計，這個群聚案又新增2例個案，計有11人確診，成今年最大的群聚案。衛生福利部疾病管制署今天公布新確診3例國內感染麻疹病例，其中2例與日前公布香港境外移入麻疹引發的國內群聚事件相關，為北部20多歲男性及30多歲女性，與香港境外個案可傳染期於某麻辣燙餐廳用餐時有共同空間暴露。疾管署副署長羅一鈞說，兩名個案陸續自4月9日至16日發病、出疹，經就醫檢驗確診，衛生單位已公布可傳染期活動史（https://reurl.cc/5Xprn），並掌握2名個案的接觸者共589人，將持續監測至5月8日。本起群聚包括指標個案共計11人確診，有6人在麻辣燙店、4人在醫院被傳染，為今年最大的群聚案。羅一鈞表示，值得一提的是，當時匡列麻辣燙餐廳相關接觸者時，並沒有匡到這兩名個案。個案發病後有就醫，但因症狀不明顯，一開始被診斷成流感。但經媒體報導，個案發現曾有麻辣燙店接觸史，主動通知衛生單位才確診麻疹。羅一鈞說，過去有些民眾會質疑為什麼麻疹接觸史要鉅細靡遺地揭露，但這次難得的經驗可證明，適度的曝光可傳染期的活動史有助防疫。另一例新增的病例為近期無出國史的北部11個月大女嬰，4月6日發病，19日出疹，經就醫檢驗確診，感染源待釐清。衛生單位已掌握個案接觸者共242人，預計監測至5月11日。今年截至目前國內累計78例，49例為國內感染（其中34例為接觸者），29例為境外移入病例（其中25結婚送禮推薦好康平台例為本國籍民眾）。20歲到39歲病例最多，占74%。境外感染國家為越南及泰國各8例、菲律賓6例、中國大陸2例、日本、印尼、緬甸、香港及韓國各一例。出國目的以旅遊18例最多，其次為商務6例及探親5例。羅一鈞表示，國際間部分國家麻疹疫情持續流行，民眾應避免帶未滿一歲或未接種麻疹腮腺炎德國麻疹混合疫苗（MMR）的幼兒至麻疹流行地區；如需攜6個月以上未滿一歲的嬰兒前往，可於出發前帶幼兒自費接種一劑MMR疫苗。一般民眾（特別是1981年後出生的成人）如計劃前往流行地區，出國前2至4週可先就醫諮詢評估是否需自費接種MMR疫苗。（中央社）
公職人員財產申報 國防部公開抽出實質審查人員
（軍聞社記者周昇煒臺北21日電）「107年度公職人員財產申報實質審查」今日公開抽籤，共抽出申報義務人288人接受實質審查，期藉由公開、公正的抽籤程序，展現國防部行政透明。
國防部副部長沈一鳴上將上午偕同常務次長徐衍璞中將、總督察長高嘉濱中將、政風室主任許志雲、軍紀督察處處長胡上校與媒體記者，依法務部「公職人員財產申報資料審核及查閱辦法」規定，自全軍列管申報義務人2865人當中，抽出288人實施實質審查，再從中籤人員抽出6人，實施前後年度申報資料比對作業。
沈副部長致詞時表示，為了落實「陽光防腐、政府清明」的施政目標，國防部每年均採用公開電腦抽籤的方式，隨機選出接受實質審查的對象，並感謝參與記者會的媒體朋友，給予國防部進行公正與客觀的見證。
沈副部長進一步指出，國軍自民國82年財產申報法公布施行以來，申報義務人均能夠在時限內申報，除部分人員依國家情報工作法採紙本申報外，上線申報率達100%，充分展現國軍「使命必達」的執行力，也獲得了外界高度肯定。
沈副部長表示，為簡化申報程序，國防部積極鼓勵同仁授權法務部功能平臺進行財產查調，107年的授權率已自39.5%，提高到91.5%，在在顯現出國軍官兵依法行政、廉潔自持的態度與操守。
